A minimum of $69.99 would be deducted from 1 Time Support service plan at the time of cancellation if the issue is resolved once. Full refund would be provided, if we would not be able to resolve even a single issue. To request a refund, simply contact us via Email with subject line "Refund Request" with your best "Contact Number & "Customer ID" and "Name" within thirty (30) days of services availed by you, Our representative will get back to you within 48 hours(Except Sunday) on receipt of Refund email request. Optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for Products or softwares purchased. These Refunds are limited to Services or consultancy costs included in the order. Refunds are being processed within 15 days period on receiving written request from the customer.
